Early MOOC and Teaching online (Ko & Rossen)

The term MOOC was coined in 2008 during a course called “Connectivism and Connective Knowledge”. Susan Ko and Steve Rossen did the third edition of their book Teaching online, a practical guide in 2010.
In their book MOOC is not mentioned.
On the website http://cw.routledge.com/textbooks/9780415997263/ we find the updates of the book.
On http://teachingonlineapracticalguide.blogspot.nl/ is a blog of Susan Ko
http://cw.routledge.com/textbooks/9780415997263/pdf/Guide_to_Resources.pdf is a Guide to resources.
