  1. Jaap, Thanks for the link. Nice if the system would open up a bit. Where I am the college library is closed to non-students and the one public library within 200km has severe restrictions on inter-library loans. The public library used to have service that subscribed to over 100 journals and data bases, now cut back to under 10 sources. This is in the richest province in Canada… Maybe the meaning of “distributed” relates to access to the work of other humans planet wide?
