If you do not do any of the following practices your creativity will disappear.

  • eat healthy food
  • body movement
  • explore
  • just wander
  • work on your projects
  • meet people
  • spend time in nature
  • stillness
  • create, create, create

Failing to do any of these activities will cause serious mental suffering, squarness, and boredom.
